[Fundraising Campaign] Dear All, Archetype Pte Ltd is writing this to ask help fund one of their colleagues brain surgery. Alam Shah, FIN G6556409U, 31 years old, is from Bangladesh. He came to Singapore two months ago and is currently working for Archetype Pte. Ltd as a Project Supervisor. On 3rd October, he had seizures and went into a coma. He was brought to Singapore General Hospital A&E and was in the ICU to stabilize his condition. From his MRI scan, it was found out that there was a tumor in his left brain and needed operation immediately. He went through the brain surgery last 16 October, to remove the tumor and was diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer. He is still under medication for his seizures and would need aggressive treatments for the cancer. Brain surgery requires Specialists and the scope of work is estimated to cost more than $100,000 that includes the cost of treatments Alam might need after his operation. The companys insurance coverage of $15,000 was only able to cover his 3-day stay in the ICU. My company is willing to pay his medical bills, but is financially unable to cover all of it.
