This position will architect and build world class Web user interfaces as well as design, prototype, and implement new features. The incumbent will have the ability to work on cutting edge technologies, with a mix of the latest PHP (and Yii Framework,) CSS, HTML5, AJAX, and JSO N, technologies Required Skills · Design and develop the web front-end code for e-Commerce sites using efficient, maintainable, and modular HTML/JavaScript/CSS code. · Develop high quality, front-end code following industry standards and best practices. · Integrate developed web front-end code with PHP code. · Ensure cross browser and platform compatibility for developed features. · Problem-solving in all areas of web development including the debugging of web front-end code. · Maintain high coding standards and practices and exercise quality control on all aspects of web development. · Work closely with the application development and QA teams to build, test and release site implementations. · &nbs p; Update and maintain documentation in an organized manner. · Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed. · Communicate status and identify issues affecting ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. · Participate in application release deployments. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues, problems, and errors encountered across web site implementations. · Maintain technical knowledge of web front-end industry standards, best practices and trends.
