Fyi. My son was assaulted by 3 men this morning approx 4:45 am at McDonalds on Route 59 in Nyack. The people who assaulted my son were in a taxi with the LaFamilia name on it. The passengers were harassing a female friend of my son he asked them to stop but instead they knocked him into my daughters car so hard that the door no longer closes. He fell to the ground they preceded to kick an punch him. The driver of the taxi told the passengers to get in and he sped away just a minute or so before police arrived. I called the company LaFamilia asked that they speak with their drivers to give information to the police and I was told to forget it they wouldnt help me. McDonalds was no better they cant get a copy of the tape until Monday around 11am when the manager shows up. I WONDER IF THEY WERE ROBBED WOULD THEY WAIT UNTIL MONDAY. Its very sad that two businesses in Rockland County, N.Y. care so little to help. I RECOMMEND NOT TO USE LA FAMILIA CAR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HIRE DRIVERS WHO HELP THEIR PASSENGERS AID IN CRIME
