GBM CLAIMS HIS ENDORSEMENT HAS SHAKEN NORTHERN, MUCHINGA Below is a reaction by Kasama Central Member of Parliament, Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba to our earlier story about a team sent into Kasama to reinforce his endorsement. Dear friends, After having lunch at my home in Lusaka today. I am relaxing with my brother Kelly Walubita Jr. and my elder brother. I am surprised by speculations by Mr. Emmanuel Mwamba on his page suggesting that former first lady Mrs. Maureen Mwanawasa, Honourable Felix Mutati and Honourable Patrick Mucheleka have been sent to Northern Province to reinforce my endorsement of HH, which he pathetically claims that it has had negligible effect. I wish to categorically state this endorsement has sent tremors in Muchinga and Northern Provinces. As a result the deputy Minister Home Affairs Stephen Kampyongo have organised thugs to disrupt the rally which was being held by my colleagues. The rally had a mammoth crowd and this scared them. It is unfortunate that thuggery in our party has not stopped. Let me remind them that the others also have the capacity and ability to retaliate in a big way but we are restrained to do so for the love of our youths and the Zambian people. So I appeal to my colleagues, as this has serious consequences on our country. Complements of the season to you all.
