GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF REPORT Joshua Todd Fullmer, 20, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 4th and unlawful growing of marijuana after a complaint of an altercation between two males at a West Main Street Road address. Fullmer was allegedly found to be in possession of metal knuckles and later in possession of several marijuana plants that were being grown on the property where the fight occurred. Fullmer was arrested and issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court August 1st at 1:00 p.m. Joshua Christopher Uptegrove, 27, of Meadville Rd., Alabama is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing another person during a verbal altercation. Uptegrove was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released on his own recognizance and will re-appear on August 1st at 3:30p.m. Frank Lyman Stanton, 32, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and inadequate exhaust after a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Village of Bergen. Stanton will appear in Bergen Town Court September 4th at 5:00p.m.
