Beginning at 6:30 p.m., Hilton’s waterfront hotel in Rockwall will be hosting a beautiful dinner. Guests will have an array of options from roasted poblano bisque with smoked cheddar croustade to cabernet braised beef short rib over gouda cheese grits with fried leeks and much more. NYE party at Five Sixty 9 p.m.-2 a.m. Reunion Tower, 300 Reunion Blvd. East, Dallas Ring in the New Year with one of the most breathtaking views of the skyline atop Reunion Tower. Dance into 2015 on the revolving floor as DJ Jason Esquire spins a mix of Top 40 hits. Though it costs a pretty penny to get into this party at $200 a pop, the view makes it all worthwhile. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. NYE Celebration 2015 8 p.m.-2 a.m. The Woolworth, 1520 Elm St., Dallas For the second year, The Woolworth will host a swanky, Gatsby-style New Year’s Eve party. This cozy, gorgeous bar decorated with walls of books is tucked away in the old Woolworth building on Elm in the charming uptown neighborhood between Campisi’s and La Strada. Guests will be able to enjoy beautiful music, some of the most beloved craft cocktails in the city and meals from some of the top chefs in the Metroplex. Fifth annual NYE Ball Crowne Plaza, 1015 Elm St., Dallas If you want to dance the night away, this is the spot to be during NYE. Hosted by Hot 93.3 and Dallas Entourage, this massive party has more than 2,000 people every year. There will be several DJs spinning the best in hip-hop, EDM and Top 40. Guests who arrive before 7 p.m. will get a chance to join in the beer pong tournament and the complimentary dinner that will be served prior to the party. Nestled right outside the design district in downtown Dallas, Crowne Plaza is the perfect place to take in the infectious energy of the city during New Year’s Eve. Johnson Freeway, Dallas The Conservatory and Reflections room in the Hilton downtown will be the backdrop for the biggest Bollywood party in Dallas on Dec. 31. There will be a five-course dinner with traditional Indian food along with the best DJs spinning Bollywood, Bhangra and Top 40 hits. There will be on-site babysitting with face painting and clowns. Tickets are $50 each. New Year’s Eve MM 8:30 p.m.-midnight Maggiano’s Little Italy, Northpark, 8687 N. Central Expressway, Dallas If you’d rather skip the party scene, spend your last day in 2014 solving a mystery and eating pasta. Keith and Margo, a husband-and-wife duo who are known throughout the world for their murder mystery parties, will be hosting a New Year’s Eve event at Maggiano’s Little Italy. Admission is $75 per person.
