GETTING RICH EASILY - Read to the end: Today and tomorrow, ill be sharing 7 simple steps to getting rich.. Ill combine 3 of them today and finish up tomorrow with the other 4.. Ill borrowed them from remarks i made in our staff meeting yesterday.. They are simple steps but the work is in keeping them.. FIRST Step - For every 10 KSh you earn, divert some to yourself. We are all engaged in different trades and Jobs and such provides income streams. Interestingly, we almost always only work for others. When you spend your money paying rent, it means you made that money for your landlord. When you spend some money in the Salon, it means you labored for your salonist. Every time you spend your money buying fuel, it means you were making money for Total, Kenol, Shell etc.. Therefore, learn to appreciate yourself by setting aside at least 2 shillings for every 10 you make. That should go directly to your purse. Whether you earn 10k or 1 Million, there is no excuse to this step. Others call it saving.. SECOND Step: Control Expenditure. Its intriguing that whatever amount of money we earn, most of us remain broke.. A person with a monthly income of 300k is as broke as a Person earning 5k. Some have more responsibilities than others but all remain with empty accounts. This is mostly because of the inability to control our spending desires. Not all are desires to be instantly gratified. Therefore budget for your income without touching the 2 ksh in every 10 that you set aside for yourself.. Even when you spend all your income, you still remain with un-gratified desires.. THIRD Step: Make the 2 shillings you set aside for yourself multiply. Make your money labour for you.. Think about an old man with Two children. If he eats his two children, it means hell have NO offspring.. On the other hand, if the two children each gets Four children, it means hell have eight grandchildren while still having his Two children.. If the Eight Grand children each gets Four Children, it means the old man will have Thirty Two Great-Grand children, Eight Grandchildren and Two children.. Its the same with money, the Two shillings you set aside should create two income streams, the income you get from the two income streams should create more income streams while still maintaining their flow.. With time, youll have so many streams with so much money flowing from them that youll have more than you can spend.. Thats called Investing!! Thats how easily youll drive a Range Rover, have a VX for spare and a Mercedes as an errand car while living in Muthaiga, having your 2nd home in Runda and Escaping to your 1000 acre ranch in Nanyuki over the weekends..
