GEYSERS We have completed a review of the condition of geysers and drip trays at Hollybank. In an effort to minimise this risk we will be monitoring the condition of all geysers and drip trays on a regular basis and advising owners of the need for replacement or repair where necessary. Eric was unable to inspect some of the geyser installations as owners/tenants were not available at the time we conducted the investigation. Please refer to the Geyser Report and if you unit is denoted as being unable to mark then please make an arrangement with Eric as soon as possible. We are commiserating with Lynne and Archie of unit D11 who recently had their geyser burst. We are hard at work developing an emergency protocol for failed geysers and we will post this in the coming days. This will be a comprehensive guide which covers dos and donts, the insurance aspects and liability for damages.
