GHIYA KE KOFTE KI SABZI INGREDIENTS 1/2 kg soft green gol ghiya Besan Namak, kali mirch, lal mirch Gravy ke liye Piyaz, adhrak, lahsun, green chilli, namak, haldi, dalchini powder, degi mirch. 250 gm sarson ka tel METHOD For kofta:--- Ghiya ko acchi treh se chheel ke kadukash kar lein. Presure cooker mein daal ke ek seeti dilayen. Cooker mein paani na daalein, ghiya apna pani chhodega. Thanda hone par Besan Namak, kaali mirch daal ke batter tyar karein. Tel garam karein pakode ki treh tal lein. Kofte ko alag se rakh lein. Gravy Piyaz, adhrak, lahsun, hari mirch ko pees lein. Paste ko usi tel mein bhoon lein aur sare masale daal kar gravy tyar kar lein. Ab is gravy mein paani daal kar ubaal aane tak pakayen. Aur 5 minute tak paane dein. Ab ismein kofte daal ke ubaal ane tak rakhein. Khayaal rahe halke haath se kofte paltein varna toot jayeinge. Swad anusar grey mein masale ki change kar saktein hain. Garma garam parosen, roti y naan ke saath.
