GLOBAL HANDWASHING DAY On October 15,2014 at about 7:30 in the morning, PNP elements of Urdaneta City Police Station under the leadership of PSUPT JEFF E FANGED, Chief of Police provided area security and strong police presence during the activity dubbed as GLOBAL HANDWASHING DAY of Philippine Red Cross at Urdaneta City National High School Oval wherein 1,500 participating elementary pupils from different schools in Urdaneta City, San Nicolas and San Manuel Pangasinan simultaneously washed their hands as demonstrated by the PRC ushers.Activity ended at 10:00AM same date carrying meaningful lesson that Clean Hands Save Lives!
