Eugene Domingo Wins Best Actress At Tokyo International Film Festival TOKYO - Ace comedian Eugene Domingo bagged the coveted Best Actress trophy at the recently concluded 26th Tokyo International Film Festival for her outstanding portrayal in the movie Barbers Tales. Barbers Tales (Mga Kwentong Barbero) directed by Jun Lana was one of the 15 movies competed in the main competition of the 2013 Tokyo International Film Festival. The win of Eugene Domingo marked her 2nd international award (Best Actress (Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank), 3rd PAU International Film Festival, 2012) through a panel of juries and another international award through Peoples Choice in 6th Asian Film Awards for the same film in 2012.
