Thanks, Anthony Caponetto ACReptiles ========================================================= - We are located maybe 10-12 minutes east of Lees Summit, MO, and about 12-15 minutes south of Blue Springs. Were about 20 minutes from Johnson County, KS. - Part-time and Full-Time Positions OPEN NOW. Each position will start as a 90 day temporary position, which will serve as a training & evaluation period. Pay during the T&E period ranges from $8-12/hour (sometimes more for extremely well qualified applicants), but starting wage will depend on many factors. Once the 90 day evaluation period is over and a candidate has been thoroughly trained, pay will be $10-15/hour, based on actual performance. - Job Security + Opportunity to Advance (Not a dead-end job!) My reptile breeding business is growing faster and faster every year (largest in Missouri I would imagine), I have been doing this for over a decade now, and our wholesale distribution alone will keep us growing for at least another decade to come. Management positions here can pay up to $50-60k per year, plus bonuses and incentives. It takes at least a few years full-time to get to that level, but we are chomping at the bit to start grooming our next generation of managers right now. - Flexible Scheduling (Somewhat) We can usually work with you on scheduling if youre a part time helper. Full-time positions will typically be Monday-Friday, although work schedule can be somewhat flexible. The fact that you get your work done is far more important to me than what time you do it. I live on premises, so I can deal with some weird hours once youre fully trained. - Experience breeding reptiles is clearly a huge plus, but not required....
