I get asked a lot of questions and get a lot of PMs about What I eat and What I consider to be a healthy lifestyle ... there are SO many ways to eat, so many ways to eat HEALTHY but for me personally its about what makes my body feel like its THRIVING and really soaking up all the nutrients - and going Vegan has done that for me. People seriously lose their shit when someone says they are vegan lol it can get kinda annoying having to explain yourself, but I want to make a mark on this world and show yall that this is honestly the best way to thrive. I came from a past of dieting, calorie counting/macro counting and eating chicken/fish/veggies and then binge eating on the weekends - now, not saying that this is BAD as it worked for me at the time but it did consume me a little as I would literally live for the weekend and my binge - I would load my food up with calorie free sauces etc and when I look at it now it wasnt the BEST thing I could have been doing for my insides - yeah I looked great & lean and was strong but I had poor digestion and was yo-yoing with binge eating and weight gain. So, I transitioned to vegan then to Raw till 4 vegan which has taken some time, and I now do 2x days a week FullyRaw (Visit those pages to see what these lifestyles or ways of eating are about) Heres an awesome video from my girl Freelee the Banana Girl that explains WHY and HOW to go vegan, and how you can truly thrive and benefit from it. Remember we are all so damn different and our bodies are going to respond differently - initially I gained weight on this lifestyle and its taken me about 8 months to just MAINTAIN and start losing weight. Give it time, give it patience and stay POSITIVE!!!
