**GORGEOUS!** AQHA Buckskin Mare - $1200 Douglass, Ks AQHA appendix Registered 12 yr old Buckskin mare. Says Buckskin on papers but she has HEAVY dun factors. Taras a BIG girl standing approx 15.1-2H and probably 1150#. She had 60 days with 2 owners ago. I was told she has been trail riding but her handling on the ground says she needs more work. I watched previous owner ride her bareback and she was great for him. But that was 14 months ago.. I bought her bred and I am keeping her son. She would make someone a beautiful mount with some riding. Shes NOT a beginners horse. She needs a experienced horse person to get her going again. She is not a snuggly horse and keeps her space. Does great in a herd. Her and my other mare are buddies too. She loads. Needs work standing for farrier. She is buddy sour. All problems that can be easily worked out. I was going to send her to the trainer but I just dont click with her. Im looking for a cowy gelding as my old guy is retiring. I would trade for a broke gelding with a descent handle. No broncs!
