GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR OFFICE OF THE CHIEF EDUCATION OFFICER DODA Subject:- Temporary appointment of Teachers on Academic Arrangement basis for the year 2014-15 Distt. Doda. Reference:- Govt. Order No. 482-Edu of 2014 dated 02-07-2014 & Director School Education Jammus No. DSEJ/NG/Tr/7818-27 dated 04-07-2014. ADVERTISEMENT NOTIFICATION In pursuance to Govt. Order No. 482-Edu of 2014 dated 02-07-2014 , application forms are invited on the prescribed format from the eligible candidates from the concerned village against the available vacancies for the post of General Line Teachers (Direct Recruitment Quota) in the Distt. Doda for temporary engagement of Teachers on Academic arrangement for the current academic session i.e 2014-15 or till the post are filled through regular selection of Teachers by the Service Selection Board whichever is earlier. The applications in this regard shall be deposited in the office of the concerned Zonal Education Officer. The concerned Zonal Education Officer shall prepare the merit list of the candidates on the basis of Revenue Village where the vacant post of the General Line teacher is available & if the eligible candidate is not available from the said Revenue Village then selection shall be made on the basis of Panchayat level followed by zonal level as the case may be, having required qualification for the post, however preference shall be given to the candidates having higher qualifications preferably B.Ed./M.Ed. The engagement shall be made subject to the following terms and conditions-far temporary engagement of Teachers on Academic arrangements. 1. That the candidate should be permanent resident of J&K State. 2. That the candidate has passed the 10+2 from the recognized Board. 3. That the candidate should be eligible for the post of Teacher as per standing norms of SSRB. 4. That the monthly remuneration of Teachers appointed on Temporary (Academic Arrangement basis) shall not exceed Rs. 3000/= (Three Thousand Rupees per month Only) 5. That the candidate is within age limit as per SSRB norms and shall be considered as on 01-01-2014. 6. That the candidate shall be allowed to join provided the post of the Teacher is vacant. 7. That the candidate shall execute an agreement with the concerned DDO that He/She have no claim or right for the absorption in the Department on regular/permanent basis & there will be no Commitment of the state Govt. In this behalf. The academic arrangement of the candidate shall automatically cease or stands cancelled on completion of the current Academic Session or till the post are filled through regular selection of Teachers made by the Service Selection Board whichever is earlier. 8. That the candidate shall submit undertaking predicting that He/She shall not insist for the regularization /extension/continuation of His/her services on any ground whatsoever and shall ensure that during engagement the candidate have to abide by Govt. Service conduct rules and as per terms and conditions of engagement provision laid down by the department from time to time. 9. That the Academic Arrangement shall automatically cease on the completion of the current academic session or in case posts are filled through regular selection of Teachers by the Service Selection Board whichever is earlier and no separate order is required to be issued thereof. 10. That after receipt of application forms from the eligible candidates, Zonal Education Officers concerned shall prepare a merit list on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the Academic Qualification however, weightage shall be given to higher qualified candidate. The ZEOs concerned shall prepare and submit the Merit Lists for individual vacancies, along with original application forms and documents for approval from the undersigned, within one week from the last date for submission of application forms. 11. That the merit list prepared so for shall be valid for one Academic Arrangement session only. 12. That the waiting list of candidates shall be maintained and in case an engaged candidate leave the department during the academic session then the next candidate in the merit list shall be considered for academic arrangement against the vacancy accrued. The waiting list shall be valid for one academic session only. 13. That the applicants shall submit their application form on the prescribed format along with the following seif attested certificates in the office of the concerned Zonal Education Officer within 07 days from the date of publication of this notification in newspaper, in case last day for the submission of applications comes on a Holiday the next working day shall be considered the last day for accepting the application forms. 1. Date of Birth Certificate. 2. Permanent Resident Certificate. 3. Qualification Certificate. 4. Character Certificate.
