GREAT NEWS TODAY!! We were accepted as a food and distribution vendor for the 2015 75th Anniversary New Jersey State Fair. We have submitted all required documentation (licensing, Insurance, state food handling permits and all certified food processing schedules required by the FDA). Last year approx. 145,000 - 155,000 people attended over the 10 day period. Next year the fair commission will be expecting much more foot traffic due to the anniversary date. We are pursuing additional State Fairs and Food Expos in the New Jersey Tri-State area. We will keep you all posted! For more info go to njstatefair.org .
