GREAT News! City of Sanibel News Release News Release - For Immediate Release City of Sanibel Donax Cell Tower Activated The City of Sanibel has been notified by the Verizon field engineers that the recently installed combination flag and cell mono pole installed on Donax Road at the City of Sanibel Donax wastewater facility has been activated for Verizon Service. Verizon is currently in negotiations to permit AT&T to co-locate on the pole as is required by the City. The purpose of this installation was to improve safety as well as enhance wireless service and coverage on the Island with an aesthetically pleasing structure. The final product is pictured above.
