*GREAT VIDEO OF LOU AND THE TEAM THATS SAVING HIM! Weve named him Lou and because every dog needs a second name, I like Lou Reed! Lou is at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and is going into surgery with the same crew that saved Jaws (now Davis). His Jaw is broken in four places, the result of a severe and obviously violent car accident. Hes going to have a lot of work done, including shaving much of his body to repair severe lacerations and road rash. Im so happy we have our pals at Davis and that we can intervene to help these dogs who would otherwise surely be euthanized. Hes a gorgeous, handsome dog--the epitome of regal GSDs-- and saving him is the right thing to do! Lou NEEDS A FOSTER home as well, preferably in Northern California.
