Some thoughts: All human beings shall have life, love and joy in heart. They shall have a strong identity, a strong I. Their dreams and goals are important. To play is necessary then the dreams and goals comes forward. The human beings shall understand and have the time. They shall communicate and create a mutual understanding. This gives goal-clarity that gives motivation. The human beings shall have influence and self-determination. They know themselves. The leaders and the organizations shall be goal-supportive.
