Game-2- I am akin to Ocean: Elucidation: Humans have seen ocean. Humans know that ocean remains unperturbed with the incessant flow of water from all the rivers. The humans have travelled over the surface of ocean in boats and ships and in its depth in submarines. Humans have dived deep in the depths of ocean. Humans have seen turmoil on the surface of ocean in the form of waves and tides. Humans have also perceived that ocean is calm and quiet in its depth with tranquil and stunning silence-Maun-मौन। The meditational game of mind ‘I am alike to Ocean’ implores the humans to perceive the Self- the Atma- the inner-I; that ‘I am akin to an Ocean’. All the thoughts, emotions and visions erupting in the mind are akin to waves and tides erupting on the surface of an ocean. The waves and tides erupt and soon get lost at the shore. Likewise, the thoughts, emotions and visions erupting in the mind every moment of life also get lost in no time. An ocean is calm, quiet and tranquil with stunning silence in its depth. Likewise, I am also calm, stable, quiet and tranquil with stunning silence within my depth-the abode of Atma/Parmatma. An ocean is merely a witness to all the activities on its surface and not the doer. Likewise, I am merely a witnessing conscience within of all the actions of the body-mind complex. I just need to play the game of mind ‘I am alike an ocean’ with conscience at the precise moment when I perceive that I am the doer of all the actions of the body-mind complex to earn peace and bliss within alike ocean in its depth.
