Garbage bin blues! We have a tenant that wants a larger waste bin. We believe its a reasonable request considering the number of occupants, and the size of the house. In a recent inspection it was noted that the bin was full, so theyre definitely using the current bin to capacity and need a larger one. The larger bin would cost approximately $250pa more than the current bin. The landlord refuses to pay this and believes if the tenant wants a larger bin they should pay for it. Weve got mixed feelings about who should pay for it, but in the end we decided we believe the landlord should pay. Whats everyones thoughts? has anyone been in a similar situation?
