Garima!! I cant tag you, but am hoping that you will see this. Look what I made this morning!! Packet toned milk, and imperfect as hell- unevenly sized balls, not entirely spherical, some cracks, but heck, its done! Have just soaked them and havent tasted any yet - will give them the three hours that you recommend. But they are as soft as cotton wool, and I am so excited to have joined the rasgulla brigade, am bursting with glee! Cannot even begin to thank you enough. And Shirisha, you too!
