I dont care what it is that you need a break from. But instead of killing what was once beautiful for you, consider this notion of taking a vacation from your friendship, marriage, work life, or hobbies instead of abandoning ship. Communicate your intention if it is to a person or community. Bring love to it. If something brought you happiness and richness, might it bring that to you again? Consider a vacation instead of a blow torch.
