Reference:-No. SSB/SeVSecy/Ol4/2046-48 dated 10.12.2014 from the J&K Services Selection Board. G o v e r n m e n t O r d e r No. pq- GAD of 2014 D a t e d . 31 - 12-2014 As recommended by the J&K Services Selection Board, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Mr. Shah Abdul Hai S/o Bashir Ahmad Shah Wo Raben, District Shopian as Junior Assistant, in the Pay Band of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 19001- in the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service with immediate effect. The appointee shall report to the Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department (Establishment) within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of appointment order. In case he fails to join within the stipulated period, his appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice. The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates in original:- 1. Academic / Technical Qualification Certificates. 2. Matriculation /Date of Birth Certificate. 3. Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of the District. 4. Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. 5. Certificates from the District Industries Centre P I C ) and District Employment & Counseling Centre to the effect that no loan under self employment scheme has been taken by the appointee. 6. Relevant category certificate. The appointment of Mr. Shah Abdul Hai as Junior Assistant shall further be subject to the following conditions:- i) he shall give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his Character and Antecedents is received from the Inspector General of Police, (CID),J&K, to whom a reference shaIl be made by the General Administration Department, he shall have no right to claim his appointment as Junior Assistant in the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service and his appointment, as such, shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio; ii) Verification /genuineness of the qualification and reserved category certificates from the concerned issuing authorities. The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him unless the satisfactory reports in respect of (i) and (ii) above are received in his favour. The appointment of Mr. Shah Abdul Hai shall be governed by the New Pension Scheme as per SRO 400 of 2009 dated. 24.12.2009. The appointee shall be on probation for a period of 02 years and shall undergo and qualify the Secretariat Assistant Examination (Foundation Course) during the period of probation. The inter-se-seniority of the appointee amongst the candidates appointed vide Government Order No. 1023-GAD of 2014 dated. 08.10.2014 shall be fixed separately on the basis of the merit (50.82 points) secured by him , as per the details provided by the J&K Services Selection Board.
