General Aronda Ministerial vetting fate is Government staged, meant to divert People from to the main point. Change! Government Look uncomfortable with Aronda the Man, thou they fear the impact he has made in the army that is why they want to push him diplomatically. Behind that they are looking for ways on how they can resist change, of which change is characterized with many factors e.g. Corruption of a highest level, Theft, violation of Human rights, Environmental degradation poor influstracturs miss use of Government grants, donations, Aid etc., and these have resulted into 1 Demonstrations against bad governance, tear gas is now been turned into a National Daily meal every where, The standards of living of the majority can not even afford a 50% of the income per capita , that is why some people think that the problem is not poverty, it may be Governance. General Aronda is just a victim of circumstance. it is a fact that Uganda Security council which is head by President and General Sejusa as second in command are not at par there for the staged Aronda fate to divert the public and the Donner community that in Uganda We Have Democracy even an army General is treated democratically but that is Air we are watching them. Such disagreement is very dangerous and for one to survive need to have a political support that means relationship between Central Government and the opinion Leaders e.g. Religious, Cultural,Traditional , the learned, Politicians etc. of which relationship is in " ". General aronda should read article 205 of the Constitution of the republic of Uganda Prohibition of holding Political Office concurrently (1) No person shall hold concurrently on a full-time basis, political office___ (a) in service of the Government and that of a local government or then General Aronda need to know what is UPDF AND WHAT IS A MINISTERIAL OFFICE.
