The prolonged low interest rate environment, higher LTCI policy persistency rates and longer claim based life expectancies continue to challenge the industry. But...you know what hasnt gone away...the problem! LTC is still a significant risk that needs to be managed, and LTCI is one of the best solutions for many clients!
