If I could have filmed the Hubster & I trying to sleep with satin sheets last night, then fast forward it to the tune of the Benny Hill theme, wed have you all rolling on the ground in hysterics! Cool night, have blanket. Blanket slides down from satin top sheet. Get out of bed, throw the blanket back on - slides straight off the bed on hubbyside *eyes narrow* Gently place blanket back on, hold into place while carefully sliding into bed. Alls well till hubby rolls over - blanket slides off bed on my side. Get back out, put blanket back on. Wake up to hubby retrieving blanket from the ground at end of bed. Hubster whispers, Whatever you do, dont move Wake up cold. Get quilt instead *smiles* Wake up cold again Give up Put on a load of sheets in the washing machine. its 3am - dont care who that thing wakes up. 4 hours later, Hubster tumbles out of bed Honey, I know that satin sheets were your idea, but can we please have regular sheets tonight?
