Getting deep into fermenting! Every time I have tried in the past, I failed. But that just means I learned more ways NOT to do it. As an age old method of food preservation, how many ways can there possibly be to mess it up? If you havent tried it yet, perhaps you can learn along with me? New blog posts coming soon! I will share my hard-learned (and hard-earned) lessons. Here I present sauerkraut and pickled brussel sprouts. I hope they turn out good this time!
