Getting the news about my grandfather was a huge shock to me today. New Years Eve, we found out that my grandfathers cancer came back. Then learning that he the docs couldnt give him any cancer treatments because his body is to weak to handle them and the docs predicting that he would only last for 4 months was hard to take. Then today finding out that dialysis isnt going to work anymore and that the docs say he will live 5-7 days was even harder to understand. I know God has a plan. Right now we might not understand what that plan is, but I know that he doesnt put these things in our lives for no reason. We learn from everything that happens in life. This is another thing to learn. Death is a part of life and we dont want to see our family members go but we have to know that death isnt the end. Where my pap is going, he will never feel pain ever again and he will be made whole and healthy. Whenever his time is, he is ready. We are preparing our hearts and as we do, please remember my family in your prayers. Thanks so much in advance. My God is an awesome God, capable of anything at any moment. Faith will get you through the good and bad times. Hang tight to God for He knows everything we go through. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is always there. Take comfort in Him for he is the only one who can mend a broken heart.
