Ghanas Porous judicial system needs to be shaken up and to be steered into the right direction before its too late because, other fellow countrymen and I believe we can have a fair working system to serve mother Ghana better. Scenario: So if a judge does not turn up into court room for an unknown reason and the cases pending before him are not heard, whilst other cases are still being assigned to the same court for this same judge to take charge, whilst complainants and accused persons, plaintiffs and defendants brought before this court also wakes up around 4.30am depending on their location to avoid the morning rush hour traffic to get to court early and after all these efforts only to get to court to be told court is not sitting because the judge is not in, whilst a substitute judge is not assigned to the court then how would you call such a system hmmmmmmm.............. I dont know you tell me!!
