Okay, so when I say, I did 3 or 4 or whatever miles on the treadmill, I run as much as I can, but I put in intervals of sprints, fast walking, jogging, just to vary it up and get more of a burn from my workout. I have not run a mile straight through since 6th grade. My goal is to run races, without walking and eventually, get to Boston. Today, I checked one of my goals that I have worked on gradually since April, but seriously for the last 6 weeks. I ran a mile straight through tonight. It took me 12 minutes. Ran that, worked on arms for a half hour, did a 60 second plank, and did 80 minutes of Zumba. I decided Im going to plank for 60 seconds, every day until the end of the month, and then add 10 seconds every week in November. Im going to be in Onederland (under 200lbs), by New Years. My arms and legs are jello and even my knee caps were sweaty. SO MUCH WIN. Ps. The pic I posted earlier was me at Lane Bryant. 6 months ago, I was bulging from a 22/24, and refused to go up to the 26/28. I was a 48DDD bra. Today? Im wearing a 14/16, and a 38DDD/40DD. BEAST.
