Gilzeans Creek Housing Cooperative is now accepting MARKET applications for 2 and 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom townhomes. There are currently NO VACANCIES but we are replenishing our pre-approved waitlist. For more specific information about our units and photos please review Gilzeans Facebook page. To apply please contact the office during business hours at 519-245-5521 or email gilzeancreekhousing@gmail for an application. If anyone requires subsidy (if your rent would be greater than about 30% of your gross monthly income you should apply for subsidy) at the Housing Access Centre in London. Utlities are on top of the following housing charge (rent) amounts: 2 bedroom units are $652, 3 bedrooms are $702 and 4 bedrooms are $752. NB***Applicants should be aware there is an expectation that all member-owners will be actively involved in the housing cooperative community. An information session will be conducted to provide potential member-owners an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about cooperative housing.
