Giving Thanks Day 14: Today Id like to say how thankful I am for my New Hope family. You were there to comfort and pour into me when I needed it most. You believed in me, and saw gifts & talents in me I couldnt see in myself. Thank you for helping me experience Christs love and forgiveness for the first time. As I began sharing my story I kept expecting and waiting for a lightning bolt to strike me down or to be attacked verbally, but instead I received LOVE and acceptance, and others expressing how me sharing was actually helping them. For the pastors, thanks for giving me a platform to begin using some of the gifts the Lord gave me, and believing in me when I didnt believe in myself. I wouldnt be where I am today without you. I hold you close in my heart
