Glad to see Phillips making such a large contribution to the city of Leesburg for the 4th of July festival this year. Interesting enough tonight at the city commission the partnership claimed to have put forth about 16-18,000 dollars. One of the commissioners raised the point that the partnership was only paying 5 grand ( if that, for advertising) but that they had also included Phillips very generous contribution into their price. Look forward to the town hall meeting in July to find out exactly what they actually do.
