Objective: To increase the Employability of passing out Electronics Engineering students Background: Electronics Industry is experiencing the shortage of employable freshers. About 1,10,000 engineering graduates successfully complete their education every year, but Electronics Companies claim that not many of them are equipped with right employable skills. Students complete their courses successfully with good marks but Interviewers feel that the students do not have enough knowledge in the same subjects.
