Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28:19 NKJV) We thank God that you have been saved from a sinful life. Yes we know and we can witness that you are a born again child of a God. We can see how you are even serving in the house of The Lord but No, you have not yet arrived (Awukafiki).... Dont get comfortable because that is just the beginning of the great work that lies ahead. Yes, The Great Commission which is an assignment for each and every child of God. Go out there and teach the people the same thing that you were taught (freely so) which is how you got saved. Teach them that which helped you to understand and see the light... That which caused you to believe and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. The same scripture that caused you to repent, preach, teach or share with them. You dont have to come up with any brilliant ideas to win souls, just share a verse or two with them and God will do the rest. You dont know who to share, teach or preach to? Well how about that old friend you used to hang out with? How about your brother or your sister or your cousin? Your parents maybe? How about your colleague? What about that security guard at the complex or maybe the car marshal at a shopping mall? I think you get it now... The list of people that need the same truth you received (that Jesus Christ is Lord, that He lived, He died and God raised Him up on the third day and is now sitting at the right hand side of the Father) is endless... Its not about you.... It was never about you... It was, is and always will be about the Kingdom of God of the bible. His Kingdom is NOT about an individual but its about ALL THE NATIONS get it?Let us continue with the great work that we have been assigned to do. And if it happens that maybe you have not yet received Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior, what are you waiting for? This is your time, this is your chance to choose life instead of death. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. No one goes to the Father except through Him. (John 14: 6) Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near. No one knows the hour and He has said in His word that He will come as a thief (when you least expect Him) (Revelations 3:3) and the next thing you know, you will be no more, you will be dead as we all know that death is what we will all face at some point in our lives (whether we like it or not)... The question is when you die (your soul), will it be in The Lord or the evil one? What works are going to follow you? Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’ ” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.” (Revelation 14:13 NKJV) I ask again, What works will follow you? Enock was taken by God and If there is one thing that I pray for is that when my time comes, may I also be taken by God.... The only thing that will bring that to pass is the life I choose to live now and the kind of works Im labouring on. You know you have been labouring on the things that are not pleasing to God. You know your weakness, your strong hold, your addiction, your transgressions... You can choose to continue pleasing the devil by living a life that pleases him. You can choose to carry all your sins to your grave or you can choose to cast the them to the Lord, that He may give you rest.... May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
