Remember they come and go every year, bringing new memories to cherish. It is all about cherished time with loved ones, so breathe and enjoy! #2) Keep Moving! Rain, snow, or shine, your body needs movement. Dont sit idle by the fire all winter long, get out and move a little. It will boost your immunity, make you feel better, and lower your stress, along with burning calories! #3) Eat Healthy. Winter and holidays brings many changes to eating and foods we bring in the house. Remember to eat seasonal produce like squash, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cranberries, apples, pears, kale, and more to eat balanced. Keeping your daily eating as healthy as possible will boost immunity, and offset any holiday meal indulgences! Fill up that holiday plate with veggies first, and treat yourself second. #4) Boost your immune system and chase away the blues! Remember to add in your Vitamin D supplement at 5000 IU a day and keep taking your fish oil (300-600 mg day of DHA and 60-120mg a day of EPA) with extra Vitamin C for immune boosting and mood boosting benefits.
