God Morning! Today We Meet out Champion of Love DEATH WAS REIGNING IN THE POOR LONELY WIDOWS HOUSE. HE HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE AND TOOK THE HUSBAND OF THE POOR WOMAN AWAY. AND THERE WAS NO FIGHT FOR THERE WAS NONE TO OFFER ANY RESISTANCE. THE BOY BECAME FATHERLESS BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CHAMPION. Everybody needs a champion at some point in their lives, you know; as the Philistines had Goliath and Israel discovered David, so had the devil produced DEATH but the woman had none. Death had struck again, this time the only one the widow could call her own. He was everything to her. She followed the funeral procession, weeping , wondering, is it the end? Her tears so bitter, her sorrow so dark, her cry so loud that the heart of the son of David was touched and the GIANT OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH RUSHED TO NAIN. 11 Now it happened, the day after, that [Jesus] went into a city called Nain; and many of His disciples went with Him, and a large crowd. 12 And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her. 13 When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, “Do not weep.” 14 Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, “Young man, I say to you, arise.” 15 So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother. 16 Then fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, “A great prophet has risen up among us”; and, “God has visited His people.” 17 And this report about Him went throughout all Judea and all the surrounding region. WHEN THE SHEPHERD OF JUDAH MET THE CHAMPION OF THE PHILISTINES, THE DEVIL, THERE IS ONLY ONE RESULTS. SATAN CRUSHES, TUMBLES, FALLS AND LEAVES.
