God Sent His Word Gods words are living entities that go forth to accomplish that which He sent them to do. They do not return to God without having accomplished Gods will. Jesus told us that man shall not live on just food, but by every word that proceeds from God. Jesus answered, It is written: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4 (NIV). Obedience to the words of God bring us all the amenities of Gods promises; but, disobedience to Gods word brings us all the curses shown in the bible. ...so is My word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 (NIV). Gods Word is sent to redeem us from sin and save us, to heal all our infirmities, and to restore us from our fallen condition that we inherited from the sin in the Garden of Eden. Just as in our secular society, ignorance of the laws are no excuse. God sends His servants to preach the Word of God. Failure to listen or act on these words will be no excuse when we all stand before the Lord. It is written: As surely as I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God. So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God. Romans 14:11 (NIV). These days, the Word of God is available everywhere: The Bible, Television, Internet, Churches, Book Stores, and many other venues. He humbled you, causing you to hunger; and then, feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. Deuteronomy 8:3 (NIV). Our God is a loving and merciful God. God sent His only begotten son to die for us, so that we would not have to perish: See John 3:16. All the answers to mankinds woes are in the bible. The Holy Spirit teaches those who will take the time to read the bible; and/or, to listen to the many Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists, and Teachers that God has raised up to make His Word known and understandable. My son, do not let wisdom and understanding out of your sight, preserve sound judgment and discretion; for they will refresh your soul. They are like jewels on a necklace. They keep you safe on your way, and your feet will not stumble. Proverbs 3:21-23. NIV). Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble. Psalms 119:165 (NIV).
