God is good! Well folks I have 7.8 pounds to go and I’ll meet my goal of 159. I’m weighting 166.8 and sugar level 9+3 this morning. I couldn’t wake this morning for my walk and S/bike session but I’m getting it done throughout the day. Immediate concern of prayer our family: My sister, it’s been a while I received an email from her we normally keep in touch by cell phone. But this morning I opened up her emailed to read that my bother-in-law (Tom Stanton) is in need of prayer. They found a small tumor on his left kidney which is shut down. They are scheduling for a procedure this coming Tuesday to remove the kidney as well as the tumor if they can locate exactly where is at. His right kidney is perfectly working. My sister and I are very close but she could not tell this news over the phone because she couldn’t stop crying. Prayer warriors keep my sister and brother –in – law in prayer. Thank you!
