"God looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God." [Psalm 53:2] God shook His head, as he looked down on His creation, that which He had called good. It had been spoiled beyond recognition. Some of the precious birds, beasts, and fish He had created were missing. He called out to His children, but they were busy. God shook His head and He wept. What have we done in time past and what are we doing today to the world the Lord created? Does our righteousness even come close to measuring up to what and where it should be? If today the Lord looked around earth to find a righteous man or woman, would He find him or her in us? May we live in such a way as to follow more closely in His footsteps while upon this earth! PRAYER: Father God, I long to be righteous. When You look on me, I desire that You be pleased with what You see. Please help me change from what and how I am now, to what You see that I can become. Amen :-D
