God, please help me to be more like you. As I look back over today, I’m convinced I could have achieved more if I’d had more of your qualities, more of your internal graces. Tomorrow I’ll try blending some of your personality into mine. I’ll include a big helping of patience and an equal amount of kindness. Some self-control and contentment wouldn’t hurt, either. Tomorrow I’ll offer others your gentleness and humility. Your peace and your love. Lord, help me to display your nature in all my activities and encounters tomorrow. Thank you for showing me your character as my model and my motivation. Amen
