God provided a good group of men and youth last night to work on the retaining wall. Approximately 75% of the first wall is completed and we hope to have it 95% finished by 10 pm tonight. We will have a smaller work team tonight because of the July 4th holiday which is OK because we don’t have much wall left to finish. This means we are not working on July 4th since we are caught up for now. I will let you know when we need a group of men to work on the second retaining wall sometime next week. Thanks to all who helped last night to get a good chunk of the wall done...........praise God! A lot of ¾” rock was moved by three wheelbarrows and they took a beating. Two are very low on air and they need to be pumped up and/or repaired. The legs on the third wheelbarrow is semi-collapsed and needs reinforcement. We could use a person to pump up the tires and reinforce the legs. If you are available today to repair the wheelbarrows, feel free to do so. In summary, we are working tonight to finish the first wall and no work is planned for July 4. Roof update.......90% of the shingles are removed from the worship center and re-shingling will probably start today. Have a good 4th of July. Math Welle
