God works in mysterious ways. AND I have a FANTASTIC WONDERFUL HERO OF A HUSBAND. Tazyn has once again injured herself at Uni and is driving home with difficulty on the Krugersdorp Highway to Jhb and I get a call. Tazyn: Mom I was in a bit of a dwaal and I missed my off ramp. If I just passed Cradlestone Mall where am I? (And I must know this how? lol) Me: You have gone way too far. Use your GPS Tazyn: Dont have it - one of you guys has it in your car Me: Ok get off Highway at next off ramp and get back on in the opposite direction Tazyn: No Mom, you dont understand I actually physically passed Cradlestone Me: Are you still on the highway? Tazyn: I dont think so looks like back roads?????? . But Mom if I see a sign saying Roodepoort am I going in the right direction? Me: No Tazz, you are miles away and if you are still going in the direction you were originally going in then you are continuing to move away. Tazz: Ok Mom dont panic. and the phone drops the call. I call my HERO hubby cos he knows everything about roads, directions etc and he just takes charge of a situation. Me: Babes, Tazz has missed her off ramp and I have no idea where she is. George VERY CALMLY: Ok babes I will call her. Not even a minute later I get a call back from my HERO hubby :-). George: I have her Babes, I just passed her and called to tell her to pull over. Amazing because today he was going to go out on his bike and I suggested he use my car as he has loaned our other daughter his car today, and he was slightly delayed. What are the chances of him passing her in the same direction? Perfect timing from God as always. I then get a 2nd call from my HERO :-). Babes, I have given her your GPS, I have programmed it in so it takes her through the City and she is on her way Aw BABES I LOVE YOU, Thank You - and thank you God for always putting the right things in place at the right time.
