Gods Powerful Relationship Love Lesson: Dont Commit Unless You Can Submit. Every relationship that struggles to find ultimate joy and happiness, is struggling over behavior not love. As with our relationship with God, learning how to decrease the barrier to love, which is self, increases the power of love. No relationship struggles or ends because of a lack of love, that would make love imperfect. Like our love for God, faith and even the suns rays, love does not stop; love is blocked by behavior -- ego, pride and ignorance. Love for God or a mate is a spiritual constant that can only be blocked by the variable of behavior. Behavior determines the power of love -- it is either consistent or inconsistent with love beloved. God, faith and love do not get better, behavior gets better or love fails to be manifested. When love fails to be manifested in a relationship -- with God or a mate, the negative side effects are neglect, abuse and abandonment, which, if not resolved, leads to death. Listen to what God says about behavior: James 1:13-15 (NIV): When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death. Behavior kills beloved. Receive This: You cannot qualify for or keep a King/Queen that knows their worth with peasant behavior. The only behavior that is both pleasing to God and a blessing to a King/Queen is submission (Ephesians 5:21-33); Verse 5:21 starts the relationship command regarding submission with, Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Verses 22-33 defines what submitted behavior is supposed to be, and 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, tells us how love will be when behavior is submitted. Clearly love is never the problem, behavior is. Before you emotionally commit to a relationship, verify behavior with your savior not your feelings. If you are trying to let love win, prepare to be a servant to love; their every healthy desire is your command. A servants love behavior is submitted out reverence for Christ, which is the only way that you can have true happiness or be a blessing to a King/Queen.
