God’s Timing is Perfect! I know it can get difficult to - TopicsExpress

God’s Timing is Perfect! I know it can get difficult to continue waiting for all the things we prayed about to come to pass but I want to encourage you to stay in faith and remain steadfast on God’s word. His words never fails and trust me, God’s timing will all make sense when everything comes to pass. During the time of waiting I want to encourage too focus on three important things: First: Don’t give up. It is true many pray and expect immediately results, however, sometimes immediately results is not God plan. He always, always wants to prepare us first. His preparing our hearts, mind, finances, situations, etc, so don’t give up because what you want is not happening fast enough. During the time of waiting, enjoy the learning and growing process. I know it’s hard but if you focus on what could go right, you won’t have time to focus on what is not going on right now. Remember due season always come! Meditate on: “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.“ ~Galatians 6:9 “But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” ~Isaiah 40:31 Secondly: Don’t question the Preparation. Sometimes we get tired of waiting for God’s timing and we start questioning “why we have to go through this anyway”, “why is this working for so & so and not me” “why, why, why” Who are we to question God’s plan? Instead of asking God “Why”, ask God “What” we can do during our waiting period, i.e. ‘What can I learn from this?” Later you will look back and realize God was preparing everything for your behalf and He was on your side all along, so stop questioning His plans! Meditate on: “Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices! Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.” ~Psalm 37:7-9 “For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised” ~Hebrews 10:36 Thirdly: Draw Closer to God, the more we pray and spend time with God we don’t have time to focus on the negative because His presence will help you and strengthen you during your waiting period. Spending time with God will put everything into perspective for you and your waiting time won’t feel so detrimental to you. Meditate on: “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” ~Psalm 145:18 “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. “ ~Romans 8:28 It’s imperative that we learn to wait on God’s timing. You may not understand why God is “taking so long” but believe this He’s always on time! Looking back on my own situations there are plenty of things that I am so thankful that happen now and not before, because I don’t think I would’ve handle it wisely before, like I would handle it now with God’s wisdom that is so strongly instil in me now. I’m enjoying the baby steps and reflecting on “oh now I see why I had to wait” “Oh now I see why I had to do this and that first”. The situation could have turned out badly for me but God had a plan and I’m committed to following His plan no matter the timing! And I pray that you come to the realization that God is looking out for you, so enjoy the growing and preparation process and receive everything God has for you, at the right time, in His timing!
