Jane and Katherine from the International Unit, would like to thank everyone involved in the recent professional development programs provided for the Indonesian Polytechnic Directors and Airlangga University, Indonesia. Our next group of Indonesian visitors under AusAID funding will be arriving in August to spend a three weeks professional development program with us - more details to come! It is a credit to everyone involved that we have such a good number of suggestions for future cooperation - thank you, you have all made a difference in providing an excellent professional development experience for the participants. Here are some of the suggestions: Proposal for 10 Airlangga University international office staff to attend short office management course at Ultimo in 2014 Train-the-Trainer: especially for the languages/interpreting & translating Faculty Guest Lecturers: including IT, business, interpreting & translating Study Tours to Australia for staff and students Summer School for IT students Online delivery of IT courses Articulation pathway development for Airlangga students to study in Australia Delivery of TAFE NSW qualifications in-country Partnership proposal for AusAID funded professional development in tourism/event + sport management fields Going Global Update Thank you.
