Going before time or going into things prematurely and never developing will cause you to shipwreck! Never properly developing sometimes the results is death! We need more fathers in the spirit not just instructors, we need guides that will lead and point in the right direction! We need those that are truly concerned about the souls and not just your money... We need those that will labor, correct, impart, groom, sharpen and polish! Senior leaders and seasoned saints that can see and wont appoint and endorse young men and women before time!
