Going out on a limb here, but Im hoping someone out there can help! I spent the day going through hundreds of historical Staunton photos. Im trying to refute a possible chickens dont fit in with our image argument by displaying photos of chickens in Staunton throughout the citys history. They are a part of all human kinds history. Does anyone reading this have photos of your parents or grandparents with chickens in Staunton city limits? Or perhaps you know a friend who might? Maybe theres a pic of a chicken just running in the yard in the background. Or maybe theres a picture of a coop in the yard. Looking for any time period! The photos will not be shared except on display to City Council the evening of our presentation. If you cant scan and email them to me, I will pay to get them copied and return the originals to you.
