A cold front over southwestern Queensland will will move rapidly eastwards across the state during today, but the very dry airmass in place will eliminate any chance of rainfall. Warmer northwesterly winds will develop ahead of the front, with cooler southwesterly winds returning following its passage. Forecast for the rest of Wednesday Fine and sunny throughout the state. Patches of morning frost over the central and southeastern interior. Light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds in the tropics.
